Sheliah was absolutely amazing! We were referred to her by my MIL and I don’t regret it whatsoever! She made the selling AND buying process so easy! We had gone under contract THREE separate times and the third time was the charm! We finally sold our house and once we did Sheliah went right to work trying to find us a house! It was such a discouraging process on finding a house because the market was so scarce. But she didn’t give up. We found a house that we liked by the pictures and she quickly got us a showing so we didn’t miss another opportunity. I am so grateful for her attitude, perseverance and dedication as a realtor! Sheilah was just amazing , her energy level was just off the charts! She is like the energizer bunny! her positive, go to attitude just filled me with confidence and I knew she would get the job done. She walked me through the whole process so there were no surprises, was patient when I came down with covid and we had to delay by a week. She kept me updated on any feedback from potential buyers and held my hand when I was nervous about getting everything closed on time to move out of state. She was there on time every time, held open houses several times, located service providers for minor repairs and updates that didn't kill my budget. She is a real person who really cares about her clients and goes above and beyond every time to get the job done.
